Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order placed with AirFlex you must do so within 10 days of placing your order.

All cancellations will incur a minimum $299AUD fee. Cancellations made within the 10 day period will have a maximum fee of 30%. If a cancellation is requested past the 10 day cut-off period you may incur a fee up to 50% of the order cost.

These are in place due to having to re-stock. Re-warehouse and cancel/send back components of these kits.

Delivery Policy:

As our components are primarily from imported components - all delivery dates provided are only an estimate. Orders may take up to several months due to uncontrollable factors such as the 2020/2021 Coronavirus Pandemic or shipping and customs delays. In the event of this - cancellation is an option however the customer may still be subject to a cancellation fee as stated above.

Return/Refund Policy:
Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Items legible for a return/refund are to be deemed by the manufacturer as faulty/replaceable.

To begin this process please contact AirFlex via the contact form available on www.airflx.com.au. All items must be returned in original packaging.

AirFlex will arrange for return shipments to be collected on a day suitable deterred by the customer.

AirFlex 1 Year Limited Warranty
AirFlex Australia provides a 1 year limited warranty on all components

included in the system. The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the
system. Warranty is commenced from the date the system is shipped or
collected.


Warranty will be granted if all products in the kit are free from install defects
and proper install can be verified.

Please contact AirFlex Australia immediately via email upon receiving

your kit if any of the following occur:
- Missing components in your kit (NOTE: As all systems are slightly different - small components such as fitting adapters, minor hardware and/or wiring terminals may need to be sourced independently)
- Broken components during transit
- Incorrect Parts supplied
- Warranty or any technical assistance


Failure to do so may result in future claims being denied due to being unable
to verify failure the source of the claim.

please contact them directly for after sales support.
